Join us on Sunday, February 16th at 4pm in the Amherst Tap Room as we learn about grass-fed products including why they are better for you, for the land, and for the livestock. We will dive into the meaning of terms like "grass-fed", "grass finished", "pasture raised" and more so that you understand what you are purchasing and how your meat and dairy products are produced. This Tap Talk features celebrity chef, Kellen Ferkey who is the co-owner of Guu's on Main along with his wife Madison Wiza. Kellen has over 20 years of experience in food prep in the local sphere and commercial spaces.
