Beef Marketing Workshop

Join us in the sale ring at Bonduel Equity to learn about all things related to marketing your beef. Hear from Chris Jacobs of Bonduel Equity on “Understanding Cattle Prices.” Learn about what you need to know about slaughter including how to book a slaughter date, packaging and pricing from a local butcher. Then ask questions during our speaker panel from industry experts on different ways to market your beef. Lunch is FREE and will feature Full Circle Community Farm’s meat and vegetables cooked by Grandma B’s Cafe. Followed by a farm tour and pasture walk at Full Circle Community Farm. RSVP is required!
