About the event

Keynote speaker Dr. Temple Grandin, world-renowned Animal Behaviorist, is coming to the 2023 Golden Sands Grazing Workshop on the UWSP campus August 12th 2023 to speak on her recently published grazing article "Grazing Cattle, Sheep, and Goats Are Important Parts of a Sustainable Agricultural Future."  Additional topics will include successfully grazing on different landspaces such as public land, native grass plantings, and oak savanna, presented by guest speakers from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and Pheasants and Quail Forever.

Ticket price includes morning refreshments, lunch, and social hour refreshments.  Lunch will be catered by the UWSP campus with a social hour to follow the event!  Advanced available online.  Walk-in registration at the door also welcome.  (Seating is limited.)
