"I enjoy helping with volunteer work parties every year. I can really see the difference we're making in the park, and I've met so many nice people who love nature as much as I do."
-- Marathon County Volunteer
We organize a variety of events throughout the year, including educational field trips, in-depth trainings for aquatic invasive species work, and other activities throughout Central Wisconsin. Beyond those, there are countless daily tasks that always need a helping hand.
Fill out the form below and/or call 715-343-6215 today to sign up for the below opportunities.
June 8 and June 17: Learn how to tell the invasive Eurasian watermilfoil apart from its native look-alikes in the water, and how to effectively remove the whole plant. Moon Lake, northwest of Montello, is in need of assistance keeping this population from spreading to other areas of the lake. Contact Krista Kamke email@example.com for more information and to RSVP.
More to come.... During the field season, we need help with lots of fun and educational outdoor projects. If this appeals to you, check back with us as spring approaches!
