What exactly is a "demonstration forest?" They are private woodlands that teach landowners how to enhance the productivity and wildlife value of their own woods. See land that was transformed from plantation into a mixture of prairie, and oak and pine forests. Enjoy interactive demonstrations on woody invasive species management and the different stages of woodland restoration. Cost is $23 per person.
