No-Till Drill Sign-Up

posted Mar 19, 2013, 9:28 AM by GSRC&D Administrator
Spring is on the way—though it may not look like it quite yet—and it is time to start thinking about interseeding thin pastures and hayland that will be converted to manage pasture.  Interseeding can be a very effective way to increase dry-matter tonnage and reestablish legumes.  The Wisconsin DNR office, in Wisconsin Rapids, and Waupaca County Land and Water Conservation Department are once again allowing farmers in Wood, Portage and Waupaca counties rental use of their no-till drills.

For information on the rentals, see the attached PDF.
